Data Deletion Instructions

Customers may request deletion of personal data associated with their website or WhatsApp interactions with DNA Centre for Paternity & Genetic Tests.

To submit a request, email doctors@dnanigeria.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

The request should include:

• The customer’s full name
• The telephone or WhatsApp number used to contact DNA Centre
• The approximate date of the interaction
• A brief description of the information the customer wants deleted

Customers should not include DNA test results, identity documents, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information in the deletion email.

DNA Centre may take reasonable steps to verify the requester’s identity before processing the request.

Following verification, DNA Centre will delete, anonymise or restrict the relevant personal data where reasonably possible. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, regulation, laboratory or professional obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security requirements, contractual obligations, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

DNA Centre will communicate the outcome of the request using the customer’s verified contact details.
